Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. You can choose from our shipping options on the checkout page.
How long does delivery take?
Approximately 5 days.
Why are your dresses very long?
It is pretty hard to get the perfect length for everyone so we try to make most dresses long, which is 62. You can always trim to your exact length. Some dresses are a bit shorter than 62, but we always put them to length for better clarification. The length of each dress is clearly stated on the product page in the description.
I have a problem with my order, how can I contact you?

It has been 5 days and I still have not received my dress.
Processing your order is not the same as shipping times. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and a further 5 days for delivery. If you still have not received your order, please use the contact form here to inform us as soon as possible.
